Enter your email address or login using the social information of your business.
When a company profile is created, the owner's email domain is registered as the company's domain. Future sign-ups under this domain will be directed to request an invite from the owner to join the company as members.
If the domain of your email address is associated with a registered company, you will not be able to create a new company profile. Instead, you will be prompted to join the existing company team. To proceed, you must be added as a team member by the existing company owner.
If the domain is not recognized, you'll be guided to create a new company profile.
If you are creating a new company profile, you will be directed to a form like the one bellow. Fill in the required fields, which include:
Company Name: Commercial name or the name that is usually used in public speaking situations.
Company Logo: upload your company logo by clicking 'Choose a file'. Ensure the image meets the recommended dimensions (500x500 pixels) and is in PNG or JPEG format.
Company Bio: brief description of your company in the text area, keeping in mind the character limit. This information would be shown in the public DPP (Digital Product Passport) view.
Company Website: URL of your company's official website.
Company Legal Name: Input the full legal name of your company as registered in business records.
Company HQ Address: physical headquarters address of your company.
Main Activity: primary business activity of your company.
Once you've filled out all the necessary information, review the details for accuracy.
Submit the form by clicking 'Continue'. You may need to verify your email address through a confirmation link sent to your inbox.
After submitting your information, there may be an approval process. The duration of this process can vary, and you will be notified upon the completion of your account setup.
If this is the first account for your company on Cedalio, by creating the company profile, you will automatically be assigned as the company owner. As the owner, you can manage claims, add team members, and access the suite of tools provided by the platform.
Remember to keep your login credentials secure and take note of the email address and password you've registered with, as these will be your primary credentials for accessing the platform.
